Just walked out of Michael and I’m still sitting with it.
It’s not a perfect film.
But perfection was never the point.
That was pure magic on screen.
It broke me, healed me, made me laugh, made me ache, made me proud, made me hum, and had me dancing in my seat ….all in one film.
And that kind of feeling is rare.
The kind that stays with you long after the credits roll.
The kind that does something to your heart no film has in a very long time.
Jaafar Jackson was phenomenal. He isn’t Michael. No one could be.
But he brought us as close to that magic as anyone possibly could.
Ignore the critics. Go watch it for yourself.
Some films are not meant to be judged scene by scene.
They’re meant to be felt.
And this one… you feel.
“Not every great film needs perfection. Some just need soul.”
